what is inner Depths Freediving?

Inner Depths is a nonprofit that guides trauma survivors and those navigating mental health challenges through unique freediving courses that are rooted in safety, nervous system regulation, and self trust.

Freediving is more than sport — it’s a nervous system practice. It offers stillness, challenge, and deep regulation, all at once. By combining nature with neuroscience, Inner Depths creates an opportunity for physical, emotional, and mental growth.

Why it’s Different

EEG & Neurofeedback

Learn to recognize and regulate your nervous system using real-time brainwave feedback.

VR Exposure

Ease anxiety with VR previews of the dive site before entering the water.

Trauma-informed Support

Every course includes a psychiatrist-led workshop, sensory friendly gear and emotional support.

“Thank you for all the love and support and encouragement for the last three days! I can’t wait to continue what i’ve learned and move forward with it. I feel like a new person.”
